EU Sprint CW, 19. April 2003
HB9CZF - SOAB LP CW
This was my second EU Sprint but I was not as successful as I thought I would be. On 20m for the first hour only QSO around 1000km and more were possible. This brought me JA, HS and K as DX but QSO's to OK and G were the activity was were almost impossible.
Nevertheless I'm getting used to Writelog. Sprint is the ideal vehicle to test any software while the OP constantly has to QSY and switch between S&P and CQ. On the Internet and Writelog-discussion-list I was looking for CW-messages but there weren't any. Therefore, I invented my own derived from the standard settings. As contest template I selected "North American Sprint".
These are the messags I used for EU Sprint:
